The opening date for new Leeds restaurant The Ivy Asia has been announced.
Based in Vicar Lane, next to its sister restaurant The Ivy, the eatery will open on Tuesday, October 18. Bookings are now open with The Ivy Asia offering lunch, afternoon tea, dinner cocktails, and weekend brunch among other delights.
There will also be DJs and live entertainment. On arrival, diners will be met by The Ivy Asia’s signature green onyx flooring with the restaurant will feature two large cherry blossom trees and bespoke Paul Clifford artwork.

Alongside the main restaurant and bar, guests will also be able to experience mezzanine level seating and a sushi bar. The Ivy Asia, Leeds’s kitchen will be overseen by executive chef Simon Gregory and head chef Tom Crocker.
Discussing the opening, Tom said: “I am incredibly proud to be part of such an exciting new addition to Leeds’ ever-growing food scene. My team and I cannot wait to get in the kitchen and get cooking.”
Dishes will span across the Asian continent with highlights including wagyu beef tataki, snow crab California roll, spiced yuzu and avocado salsa and yellowtail.
