David Warner and Babar Azam are among the star international names up for grabs in the draft for the second edition of the men’s Hundred, which takes place on Monday.

A total of 284 international players from 16 countries as well as 250 English players have entered the draft, and are competing for 42 slots across the eight teams.

London Spirit, who Standard Sport revealed this week will be coached by Trevor Bayliss after the death of Shane Warne, have the first pick.

Australian Warner and Pakistan’s Babar are among eight players with a reserve price in the top bracket of £125,000, while Andre Russell is at £100,000. Rising international stars Odean Smith and Wanindu Hasaranga could be in demand, too.

Leading English players entering the draft include Tom Banton, Liam Dawson, Olly Stone and the uncapped Joe Clarke, who has the highest reserve price (£60,000) among domestic players.

The draft will take place behind closed doors on Monday, with the full squads revealed on Tuesday.
