Two popular watchmakers have come together in an unexpected collaboration for a new design - and it is sure to send fans over the moon.
Omega and Swatch have come together to create the aptly titled Moonswatch collection which will feature 11 models of the famous Speedster Moonwatch.
These exclusive space-inspired new watches will only be available in 2 UK Swatch stores from March 26, with one of them being in Edinburgh.
Luxury Swiss watchmaker Omega initially launched the iconic Moonwatch back in 1969 and it has since become a legendary classic beloved by fans on earth and beyond.
These legendary watches were famously worn when astronauts took their first step on the moon, which has led them to becoming a timeless piece for watch and space enthusiasts alike.
Unfortunately, they usually come with a relatively high price-tag of nearly £5,000.
Which is why it will come as welcome news to fans that the new Moonswatch collaboration has made the famed watch more accessible at just £207.
The new Moonswatch collection pays homage to the Omega Speedster watches cosmic roots and features 11 new bioceramic watches named after different plants that will have fans reaching for the stars.
Named after different celestial bodies in our solar system, including the Sun, Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, and the Moon.
Featuring a different colour and design for each watch, the collaboration will let shoppers choose the space mission that best suits their fancy.
While the whole collection takes inspiration from the original Moonwatch, the Mission to the Moon is the only watch in the collection to match the exact dimensions of the Omega Speedster Watch.
Fans looking to snap up one of the coveted new designs can do so by heading to the Swatch store based in Edinburgh on Princes Street.
The Swatch X Omega Moonswatch collection will be available in-stores only from Saturday, March 26.
