The famous funfair will return to its usual spot on Friday, June 16 for the 141st time, bringing with it around 350 attractions including 42 rides - some of which are among the biggest, highest and fastest of their kind in Europe. This year visitors will see the "nail-biting" Rocket Ride make its debut, which sees riders lifted 60 metres into the air and spun around in a corkscrew-like motion before coming back down to Earth.
To save money this year simply pick up a copy of the Chronicle or Journal on Wednesday, June 14 and Thursday, June 15 to claim your vouchers. They will also be printed in the Sunday Sun on Sunday, June 18. There are 50 tokens, each worth 50p off each ride, saving you a total of £25.
