First up on our round-up of lovely property with gorgeous views on the market for less than £100,000 is this quaint terraced house tucked away on the steep road of Hill Street in Ogmore Vale. This two-bedroom property is listed online for £96,950 and looks out onto some stunning views of Ogmore Valley. This house seems to boast its own little slice of tranquillity, as when you look out into the garden you are surrounded by natural beauty.

And there’s plenty to work with inside the house, too. Downstairs, there is a good-sized lounge, dining room and kitchen. And when you go upstairs, there are two bedrooms, as well as a family bathroom, that would be easy to put your own stamp on.

What's more, Ogmore Vale is well-known for its delightful community culture, so anyone living here would be sure to feel like a true local in no time!

Not far away, another lovely property is up for grabs for an even cheaper price of £95,000. This terraced house is in the village of Aberkenfig, and is very close to the hustle and bustle of the Aberkenfig shops while still overlooking some gorgeous views of Ogmore Valley from a different angle.

From the outside, this humble terraced house already catches the eye with the grassy mound peeping behind the roof. But once you step inside, you find the property is full of character. The lounge is bursting with personality and if you love a fireplace, this might well be the perfect place to settle down in after a long day - though the views outside are what really shines here.

Looking out of the window, you can see the sweeping hills and treetops in the distance, making you feel as though you're never far away from nature. And also in the garden, the small hill hidden behind the house makes a reappearance and adds to the feeling of complete seclusion.

But while this house has plenty of open space nearby, this doesn't detract from the liveliness of the town itself- as Aberkenfig is known for the range of commercial activity that sits within it. For its size, it has a whole lot going on, from old-fashioned hardware shops to a betting store - it seems the people of this community will never get bored.

This property is also close to a cycle track, shop, leisure centre, schools and public transport, and the M4 is within about seven miles. Rightmove says it's listed the property at an attractive price as its current owners are hoping for a "quick sale" and the sales company highly encourages viewings. We've saved what's arguably the best until last. Nestled away in the village of Nant-y-moel sits a fresh, three-bedroom terraced house with amazing views and heaps of space that you can buy for £95,000.

Anyone who loves spending time outdoors is bound to fall in love with this hidden gem, where you can see the hills of Ogmore Valley all around. And inside, it just gets better and better, as the house comes with a crisp, modern look.

Downstairs, it has a newly fitted kitchen, and an open plan lounge/dining room. And when you go upstairs, you'll find a family bathroom, and three bedrooms - two of which have those far-reaching views that make the house really stand out.

Stretching outside, there is a small rear yard and a separate parcel of land to the front that you can get to via some steps from the main road. Sitting at the head of the Ogmore Valley on a main road location, this house is just a quarter of a mile from the village centre, playing fields, cycle track, bus link and shops. It is also around eight miles from the M4 Junction 36 at Sarn and 6 miles from Treorchy and the Rhondda Valleys. Visit the Rightmove website here for more information on this property.
