The full breakdown of how every Welsh constituency will change under new plans

Wales is going to be losing eight UK parliamentary constituencies. The Boundary Commission for Wales has published its proposals for the new map of Parliamentary constituencies which will come into force at the next ordinary general election. This will redraw every Welsh seat except for Ynys Mon.

The plans have already gone through one set of revisions following a consultation. You can see the current prosed map of Wales here:
