The Fragrance Shop has outlined plans to open 100 new stores over the next three years.
The Manchester-headquartered company has hired CBRE to oversee the process of adding to its current portfolio of more than 220 sites.
The business added that, following "extensive investment" into its infrastructure, The Fragrance Shop will focus on acquiring sites in "prime" town centre locations, retail parks and outlet centres, with a preferred area of c.650 sq ft.

The firm's property director, Kam Birk, said: "Consumers still love the experience of shopping in store for fragrance. Stores remain a priority within our innovation and growth strategy both domestically and internationally.
"As we widen our reach to include independent beauty stores and stores dedicated to niche fragrance, working in partnership with CBRE will accelerate our plans."
CBRE will work with joint agent Hynes Illingworth on the new store acquisitions.

The news comes after BusinessLive reported in January that The Fragrance Shop was drawing up plans to open new stores despite the pandemic accelerating the transition to online.
In its most recently-available accounts, for the 12 months to the end of March 2021, the company's turnover dipped from £120.4m to £110m while is pre-tax profits went from £11.6m to £11.8m.
