The Food Warehouse will open a new store in Northumberland and create 22 jobs.
Part of the Iceland Group, the outlet will open at the Loaning Meadows Retail Park in Berwick on October 25.
It is the latest outlet to open at the new park, with Greggs, Aldi, KFC and Costa all welcoming customers in recent weeks.

At the grand opening customers will be able to take part in a number of giveaways, with the first 100 customers receiving an envelope containing a voucher worth between £5 and £100 to spend in store.
Every customer who joins the queue before 7.45am will receive a raffle ticket to be in with a chance of winning seven prizes. This includes wireless bluetooth speakers, household essentials hampers, and air fryers.
The first 200 customers will also receive a free Cadbury chocolate bar.
Store manager, Chris Goodwin said: "We are so pleased to welcome Berwick shoppers to our brand new The Food Warehouse store. With great deals on bigger packs, we are looking forward to seeing our customers enjoying their mid-week meals for less."
The opening comes after the supermarket's managing director, Richard Walker, said their stores would not be opening on Boxing Day.
Writing on Twitter, Mr Walker said: "We’ll be closing all our Iceland and Food Warehouse stores on Boxing Day, to give our colleagues a well-earned rest with their friends & families."
The Berwick development consists of four retail units and two drive-thru food units totalling 70,000 sq ft.
Greggs is the most recent unit to open at the park and created 12 jobs.
Along with The Food Warehouse, Home Bargains is also expected to open in one of the units next year.
It will be the second store in the town, with one currently located on Marygate.
Construction work began in April 2020 after planning permission was secured, with a second phase of the scheme also being planned for the site next to the A1.
