Arsenal and Leicester City lock horns at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
Unlike their opponents, the Gunners go into the game on the back of a free midweek meaning they will have had a full seven days to prepare for the visit of the Foxes following the 3-2 win over Watford.
And with this marking the first of three huge fixtures for Arsenal in the space of six days - with Liverpool and Aston Villa to come - Mikel Arteta will know the importance of completing a Premier League double over Leicester.
When the two sides met at the King Power Stadium earlier in the season first-half goals from Gabriel Magalhaes and Emile Smith Rowe were enough for the visitors to leave with all three points.
As a result, Brendan Rodgers will be looking to gain a measure of revenge over Arsenal and Arteta to ensure his side continue their climb up the table.
Speaking of the City manager, he revealed earlier in the week that Jamie Vardy will play no part at the Emirates Stadium.
"We have James Justin back and James Maddison, but Jamie Vardy will be out," Rodgers revealed ahead of the Foxes' Europa Conference League win over Rennes.
"He got injured in the last game and will be out for a few weeks. Ricardo (Perreira) not ready for tomorrow. Everyone else has come through."
This news is certainly a boost for the Gunners as they have become one of Vardy's favourite teams to play against with 11 goals in 14 appearances - including the winner in the corresponding fixture last season.
Although, the 34-year-old is not the only Leicester player that Rodgers will be without for the trip to north London.
As confirmed by the club's official website, Jonny Evans (hamstring), Wesley Fofana (COVID-19), Timothy Castagne (thigh) and Ryan Bertrand (knee) will make it five senior players whom the Northern Irishman can't call upon in an attempt to stop Arsenal making it five wins in a row.
In Fofana's case, the Arsenal game is likely to come too soon for him to make a first appearance of the season.
"Wesley Fofana is obviously very much a doubt, but we’ll hopefully have him available next week," Rodgers said. "I believe he’s fine. We’ve seen lots of cases like it where people, even without feeling symptoms, have tested positive. He seems fine, so he’s getting some physical work in and we’ll take it from there.
"[Rennes away] would be the first game that he would hopefully be available but we’ll have to assess it between now and then."
But the good news for Rodgers is that Ricardo Pereira, Nampalys Mendy and James Justin could all be available for selection.
"We’ve got players who will come back in," he added. "We’ll have another check on Ricardo. Last night [on Thursday], JJ played 60 minutes so we’ll see how he is.
"Papy Mendy will come into the squad as well. All in all, it’s as strong as it can be."
