After 37 games, the Premier League relegation battle will conclude this Sunday with one of either Leeds or Burnley being relegated to the Championship.
A draw for Burnley against Aston Villa in midweek saw the Clarets jump Leeds into 17th place, taking them out of the relegation zone on goal difference.
Leeds and Burnley are level on points heading into the final game of the season, with the Whites travelling to West London to take on Brentford in their last game.
Burnley welcome Newcastle United to Turf Moor, knowing that history is on their side when it comes to the relegation race.

As Jonny Cooper, a statistician for Opta noted on Twitter, only one team has started the final day of a Premier League season in the relegation zone and stayed up.
The last team to start the final day of a Premier League season in the relegation zone and stay up was Wigan Athletic in 2010-11 - they started 19th and finished 16th with a 1-0 win at Stoke. #lufc

However, there is one silver lining for Leeds fans.
Wigan started the day in 19th and finished 16th, meaning there were a whole host of teams battling to stay up on the final day of the season.
Heading into the final day of the 2010/11 campaign, five sides - Blackburn, Wolves, Birmingham, Blackpool and Wigan - could all have gone down.
Birmingham lost 2-1 to Tottenham Hotspur, Blackpool lost 4-2 to Manchester United and Wolves and Blackburn played out a thrilling 3-2 game which saw the former stay up on goal difference despite losing.
Wigan pulled off a dogged 1-0 win over Stoke courtesy of a Hugo Rodallega header, keeping the Latics up.
But unlike the 2011 match day finale, this relegation race comes down to two teams; Leeds and Burnley.
The Permutations for the Whites to stay up are far simpler than they were for Wigan. Leeds must better Burnley's result to stay up and hope the Clarets don't win. The +20 goal difference is so huge in Burnley's favour, it would not matter if both sides win or draw.
