The popular budget supermarket unveiled their stellar line-up of spegg-tacular chocolate eggs for Easter this year which includes traditional and fun options.
From unique popcorn eggs to indulgent geometric eggs, the budget supermarket has gone all out for their line-up of Easter treats this year.
And one seems to have captured shoppers attention more than others - the £10.99 Giant Dinosaur Egg.
The roarsome chocolate egg is an exclusive new addition from the supermarket this year and it is perfect for little ones that love dinosaurs and chocolate.
One savvy shopper shared a snap of the unique new chocolate egg to the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Group on Facebook where it quickly attracted the attention of impressed parents.
Made with Belgian milk chocolate, the eccentric new Easter egg is designed to look like a dinosaur is beginning to hatch from the egg.
The captioned the post: "Not necessarily a bargain but I think this a fab egg for any dinosaur fan. It’s in Aldi xx."
Thousands of shoppers flocked to the comments section to mention how "fab" the chocolate egg was.
"How cool is this," praised one shopper.
"Theo would LOVE this x," commented a second.
"Omg I need this," exclaimed a third.
"It's bigger in real life and looks mint xx," commented a fourth.
"Oh my little boy would love this," said a fifth.
While the unique egg definitely attracted its own fans, there were quite a few who took issue with the bigger price-tag, with some suggesting it was "too expensive."
"What happened to just normal Easter eggs that cost a pound", asked one shopper.
"10.99 for Aldi shocking", said another.
