The Edinburgh houses that have been on the market the longest

In April 2021, over 700 properties were sold in the city of Edinburgh, according to Registers of Scotland statistics.

Yet, there are still thousands of homes on the market, sitting for months with no offers.

Below is a list of some of the hidden gems within the Rightmove website, that have been on the market the longest.

First off is this beautiful, detached house with four bedrooms on sale for just under £400,000 in the Gilmerton area of Edinburgh.

The Gilmerton Station Road address has been on the market since mid-2018, and is yet to be snapped up.

And finally, the cheapest property on this list is this one bedroom apartment for sale in the Barnton area of Edinburgh.
