It's no secret that when it comes to a good "dupe", Aldi 's popular Specialbuys range is a place that offers them in abundance. The budget supermarket's range has been a hit with shoppers for some time, and sees people travel to the store every Thursday and Sunday to snap up the latest buys up for grabs.
From modern kitchenware to bargain beauty products, the range is well-known for flogging great copies of designer gear. Now, according to the Daily Record, the store is offering a pair of country boots that shoppers are claiming are exactly like a designer brand's version.
The boots are available to order from the SpecialBuys range from Thursday, April 14, and are being dubbed a "dupe" of the premium Dublin River Boots that set you back around £149.99. Meanwhile the Aldi version come in at the bargain price of £44.99, which means the supermarket's stylish and comfy boots could save shoppers around £100.
The supermaket's country boots are made with high quality leather upper and a warm textile lining, and they also feature a padded insock for extra support and comfort. Many shoppers have already given them five star reviews with bargain hunters having praised both the quality and price.
One customer said: "Amazing boots. Had so many compliments and people ask where they're from. Great affordable dupe for Dublin River boots. The quality is just as good!"
"Eight horses seven days a week ridden mucking out and muddy field walks grab yourself some fishing socks for under and fold over the top to never have hay and straw in them again. Wow amazing value must have", said another customer.
"Great value, great quality. Luckily I ordered a size bigger, as come up small, (Usually a size 4, but fitted a size 5). Glad I pre-ordered, as usually sell out before I get a chance to buy!", replied a third.

Aldi's £44.99 Ladies' Brown Country Boots are available to pre-order online, and will also be available to purchase in stores from Thursday, April 14.
