Like the sound of 134 acres, gorgeous, white-washed buildings, grassy pastures, flower meadows, a pretty woodland - and incredible views.
Then National Trust Cymru has just the thing. It is looking for someone to run the beautiful Lords Park Farm near Llansteffan, set on a clifftop above Carmarthen Bay.
The Trust is looking for a tenant "with a passion for conservation and people" who will develop the farming business "in harmony with nature," as chiefs want "nature-friendly farming" to be at the heart of any future business or developments at the farm.

To get Lords Park Farm ready for let, National Trust Cymru has conducted several repairs and refurbishments across different aspects of the farm over the last few months and has also begun work on "expanding and enhancing" the habitats nearby. Among the improvements, Trust staff have planted several broadleaved trees and have left grasslands to rest, both of which have encouraged the development of healthy soils and clean water and ultimately encouraged pollinators to the grasslands, the Trust says.
The farm is now ready to be handed over to a new custodian - someone who will be an ambassador for nature-friendly farming and the National Trust as a whole for the next decade.
National Trust Cymru's general manager for Carmarthenshire & Ceredigion, Meg Anthony, said: "There is a rare opportunity here at Lords Park Farm to make a difference and deliver something special on this stunning clifftop location. Loss of nature and the changing climate are two huge threats we are facing, and tenant farmers play a vital role in helping to conserve landscapes and tackle these crises.
"We want to find someone who will put nature at the heart of all they do in running a diverse and resilient farming business. We are excited by the possibilities, with the new tenant being crucial to shaping the future for Lords Park Farm, bringing benefits to nature, the local community and for farming across the Trust.
"As a conservation charity, we’re committed to increasing access to the outdoors. We have introduced 2km of new permissive footpaths across the landscape at Lords Park so that people can access the farm and it can be enjoyed by as many people as possible.
"The new paths connect with the Wales Coast Path, which could also offer potential opportunities for diversification to a future tenant from the thousands of people that walk the 870 mile path each year."
As well as being advertised by National Trust Cymru, the property is also listed on Rightmove. Its description reads: "The National Trust invites management proposals and tenders for the Farm Business Tenancy of Lords Park Farm. The farm is situated on the spectacular promontory at the confluence of the Taf and Towy estuaries within the beautiful county of Carmarthenshire.
"Lords Park Farm is a 54.26ha (134.10 acre) holding consisting of permanent pasture, hay meadow, marshy grassland, woodland and SSSI coastal cliff land. It includes a four bedroomed, recently refurbished Grade II listed farmhouse, separate annex with a range of traditional and modern farm buildings. We are offering a Farm Business Tenancy with standard repairing obligations for an initial fixed term of 10 years."
