There’s nothing more frustrating than encountering a locked door in a video game. That innate curiosity and drive to see what’s behind every corner is cut off, but thankfully, in The Devil In Me, there are a couple that you can unlock to see what’s inside. Unfortunately, it usually involves wandering around in dark rooms with not much direction, so we’re here to tell you what you need to know.
Staff only door code - The Devil In Me
When you encounter the door marked “Staff Only”, you’ll need to find the code, here’s how.
Switch from Erin to Jamie and you’ll need to turn the power back on in the hotel. Go down the corridor in front of you, then turn right, then left. The room you’ll find yourself in has a board with lots of pamphlets on it.
Look to the top left and you’ll see a code stamped on one of the pamphlets. The code is 0451. Leave the room from the same door you came in, turn left, then left again at the other end of the corridor. To your left, you’ll find a little room locked behind a keypad. Enter the code, which again, is 0451, and you’ll be able to get in.
Morellos door code – The Devil In Me
To open this door, with both Kate and Erin playable, turn left, left, right, and then left again to see a wall with a small opening. You’ll need to hit a quick-time event to get through it. Once you’re on the other side, open the door in front of you and look for a white nightstand by the bed. There’s a block note on it. Use it in your inventory and you’ll see the code. The code is 1999. Enter it on the door behind you to move on.
