The Conjuring-FanArt

The Conjuring franchise is gearing up for its grand finale with the announcement of the release date for the untitled fourth Conjuring movie. Set to hit theaters on September 5, 2025, this installment is being touted as the conclusion to the main series of films. Michael Chavez, known for his work on The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It and The Nun II, will be directing the film, with the script penned by screenwriter David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick.

The original The Conjuring, directed by James Wan in 2013, was a massive success, grossing nearly $320 million worldwide on a modest $20 million budget. The series follows the paranormal investigations of Ed and Lorraine Warren, portrayed by Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga, respectively. With a combined global box office revenue of over $2 billion, including spinoff movies like The Nun and the Annabelle series, The Conjuring universe has captivated audiences worldwide.

In a new development, the upcoming Conjuring movie will be released in IMAX, promising an immersive viewing experience for fans. Additionally, New Line Cinema has announced a shift in the release date for Maggie Gyllenhaal's Bride!, a fresh take on the Bride of Frankenstein tale. Starring Christian Bale as Frankenstein's monster and Jessie Buckley as The Bride, the film will now premiere on September 26, 2025, also in IMAX format.
