This flat isn't much to look at from the outside, but go inside and it's like a completely different property.
The stylish home comes with a modern kitchen, as well as gorgeous living room — complete with a fireplace.
Not to mention, three bedrooms for £115,000 is a great deal no matter which way you look at it.

Price sold for: £111,000
Portobello is a highly underrated part of Edinburgh, and even looking at this property from the outside you can tell it's special.
This one bedroom retirement flat comes with a sizeable living room and bedroom, as well as double glazing and electric heating.
It's also located just minutes from Portobello Beach, and with summer just around the corner that's a very good thing.

Price sold for: £105,000
Looks can be deceiving, and while this two-bedroom Sighthill flat might not be all that bonny from the outside it has plenty to offer.
A little work could go a long way with this property, and a lick of paint could potentially see the value soar.
Either way, from personal experience, it's hard to find an Edinburgh flat that comes with a bath — particularly at that price.

Okay, it may not be much to look at from the outside, but considering it's barely over £100,000, this isn't bad at all.

Here it is, the cheapest home sold this year that we could find, and you know what — it's quite nice!
For just 100 grand, you're getting a lot for your money with this one-bedroom flat, with a sizeable living space, a storage cupboard, and even a bath.
Sure, the location isn't ideal — being situated so close to the city bypass — but, hey, at least there's an Aldi nearby.

The most expensive Edinburgh homes sold so far this year

Price sold for: £1,350,000
Boasting the biggest number of bedrooms of any property on this list with six, this house may not be as conveniently located as some of the others but has plenty to offer.
