A bold contestant appeared on ITV's The Chase tonight.
Host Bradley Walsh welcomed four new players to the evening quiz show. Colin, Steve, Debbie and Claire tested their wits with the hope of going home with a cash prize.
Police call handler Colin wowed fans and Bradley with his 'splendid' outfit choice. However, chaser Paul Sinha was not impressed.

He appeared on the show wearing a Union Jack get up complete with silk waistcoat and dickie bow. Colin was rather proud of his red, blue and white ensemble.
Welcoming the player to the show, Bradley commented on his choice of clothes. He said: "Welcome to the show - first things first, you look splendid."
Colin replied: "Well I thought I'd dress up for you. I know you're a star but..." Brad added: "I like it. I really like it."
The 59-year-old had gone on the show with hopes of winning money to fund new tyres and rims for his 4x4 truck. He played well in the cash builder round as he secured seven correct answers.
The Sinnerman was very impressed with his gameplay but less keen on his clothing. Paul said: "Good lord that waistcoat should be banned." Colin replied: "Not a chance my friend."
Colin went on to secure a place in the final round as he added the first lot of prize money to the pot. He took a middle offer and returned to the bench with £7,000.
The chaser continued to throw digs at him. Paul said: "Yeah he's a good player. Although you wouldn't think so to look at him."
Fans on Twitter disagreed with Paul's comments as they complimented the player's attire. Eileen said: "I love Colin's waistcoat! Fantastic. #TheChase."
Another user said: "Colin, Colin, Colin…please do tell where you do your clothes shopping. #Thechase" Meanwhile, Samantha said: "Love Colin’s clobber! #TheChase"
The Chase airs weekdays at 5pm on ITV and ITV Hub
