The Chase's Mark Labbett has revealed the secrets behind his incredible 10 stone weight loss.
Known as The Beast on the hit ITV show, 57-year-old Mark looked almost unrecognisable as he appeared on This Morning to talk about his impressive transformation. The dad-of-one confirmed that he didn't have surgery to lose weight, but instead cut out two food groups from his diet, The Mirror and Devon Live reports.
The former maths teacher said the secret to his weight loss involved cutting back on carbs and sugar. His 'complete nutrition overhaul' resulted in a loss of around 10-stone.

Mark said doctors had warned him that the way his body processes sugar could make a gastric band dangerous for him.
The star was reportedly at his heaviest in 2003, weighing 29 stone. He was later diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in 2016, prompting him to make serious lifestyle changes in order to protect his health.
Mark said he committed to healthier eating during the pandemic, in which he said catching Covid suppressed his appetite.
The Chaser said he is now the smallest he's been in 30 years - while still standing at 6ft 6in. He said he dropped three stone before lockdown and that keeping up with a toddler during the pandemic helped him lose even more weight.
Mark also has his dog to thank to help him lose weight. Speaking to Dermot O'Leary and Joanna Page on ITVs The Pet Show, he said the Labrador Retriever - named Baloo - had helped him become more active.
He said: "I was walking him around the fields, taking me places... I think he's helped a lot, simply because I'm doing more activity."
The star's new appearance went down well with fans after he appeared on ITV's This Morning on Monday. Viewers took to Twitter to praise the chaser's new look.
One said: "Wow @marklabbett has lost so much weight, but he looks great."
Another added: "Mark looks incredible after dropping the weight. Watching his interview he seems like such a lovely guy."
