Mark Labbett has continued to wow fans with his incredible weight loss.
And on Thursday, The Chase star, 56, took to Instagram to celebrate just how far he has come in his ten-stone weight loss journey by posting a topless selfie.
The ITV star showed off the incredible results of his hard work and determination as he posed confidently in the revealing snap.
Sitting on the edge of the bed, Mark cast a smouldering look over his face as he confidently showcased his new physique.
In his caption, Mark insisted that although he has shed a staggering amount of weight, he's still not done yet.
"Down to 52 inch chest from 60. So was 5xl, now 2xl. Still a lot of work to do," he penned alongside the snap.
And it wasn't long before his fans flocked to shower the star with praise.
"You look so good Mark! Well done on all your hard work," gushed one follower.
"This is amazing! You are amazing," another echoed.
Someone else chimed: "You look like a different person. Congratulations on your determination."
"Simply incredible," another admirer swooned.
The quizzer has managed to shed a huge 10st, which he admitted started throughout the coronavirus lockdown.
He's best known for being The Beast on the hit ITV daytime quiz show and has been on a mission to lose weight for years after reaching 29st at his peak.
It got to the point where he was diagnosed with diabetes and a skin condition that meant the skin on his legs wouldn't heal properly.
Then, at the beginning of 2020, it all changed for Mark.
The Chase star tested positive for Covid and it was this that first helped him kickstart his weight loss journey.
Mark lost his sense of small and taste for two weeks which caused him to eat less than he usually would.
He has now managed to get himself down to 19st, while he stands tall at 6 foot 6.
Back in March 2021, Mark appeared on ITV's Loose Women, where he revealed how he managed to shed 10st.
At the time, he explained that it was a gradual process where he dropped 'Xs' off his size, starting at 5XL but at that point he thought he'd be shopping for XL trousers the next time.
The star explained that despite getting a huge result, it was just small changes that got him to where he is.
He described it as 'small things but important things'.
