Mark Labbett lifted the lid on the secrets behind his weight loss.
The Chaser appeared on today's edition of Loose Women to discuss his upcoming appearance in the pantomime of Jack and the Beanstalk. Gloria Hunniford was on the panel of today's episode and she quizzed The Beast on his slimmer frame.
She said: "I'll tell you what though, you are much thinner. You had a bit of a belly the last time you were in here. You've got to admit that."

Brenda Edwards was on the show and she looked visibly stunned by the comment as members of the audience erupted in hysterics. However Mark stepped in to defend the question.
He said: "You know the rules. Your good friends can be as rude to you as you like and you don't mind."
The Beast then revealed he had dropped down to 21 stone before he revealed how he shed the pounds. He added: "I was 29 stone 2 at my heaviest. The diabetes medication helps because I eat so much less.
"I drink fluids a lot more than I used to. Looking after a five-year-old in lockdown really didn't help as well. It was lovely. My wife was working as a nurse at the time so she was doing her bit.
"And my bit was to look after him, but the number of times I collapsed in a heap. I'm so busy these days."
