A number of The Chase fans have hit out at host Bradley Walsh after he made "mean" comments during a contestant's round of questions.
On Tuesday, the 62-year-old welcomed four new players to the studio. They were Michael, originally from New Zealand, Roger from Bridgnorth, Maddie from Cardiff and Theresa from Warrington.
The four had never met before, but joined forces to work as a team in the bid of taking home some cash.

Michael was up first, scoring an impressive £6,000 in his cash-builder. Despite being offered a huge £30,000, he took the middle offer and made it back to the table with some money in the bank.
However, one of the questions put to him during his round saw Bradley launch into a bit of a rant.
Michael was asked: "In America, the 'Gray Panthers' is an organisation protecting the interests of what group? A - Franciscan monks, B - Elderly people, or C - Old cats?"
The player chose the correct answer, B, but Bradley couldn't help but add: "That's not how you spell grey. Grey as in hair colour?
"What's the matter with those people over there? They've got to get a grip of their lives", before asking both Michael and Darragh, who is from Ireland, how they would spell 'grey'.
Taking to Twitter, Gemma said: "Bradley being a bit mean on our pals across the pond there", while Missy said: "Surprised at Bradley trashing Americanisms." Mr Chambers said: "Americans spell phonetically".
The Chase airs weekdays at 5pm on ITV and the ITV Hub
