Situated in the Craigentinny area of the city, the quaint bungalow offers four spacious bedrooms and a large garden, perfect for a family. However it has had a tough time trying to find a new owner.

Priced at £399,995, the property isn't the cheapest home on the market and according to Rightmove, the average selling price in Edinburgh over the last year is £325,808.

"However the home boasts lots of space with four bedrooms, a large bathroom, a front patio and driveway, spacious garden and a generous sized kitchen. There is also off-street parking that can fit three cars."

All fixtures, fittings, floor coverings, appliances and white goods are also included in the price.

Estate agents McEwan Fraser Legal adds: "The modern fully fitted kitchen has further space for dining and entertaining with a good range of appliances including a six gas burner hob, and two ovens, ideal for any aspiring chefs.
