The Challenge: Ride or Dies power rankings after part 2 of the 100-hour final

WARNING: SPOILER ALERT! DO NOT READ UNLESS YOU’VE SEEN THE LATEST EPISODE OF THE CHALLENGE!

Ready?

Season 38 of The Challenge is here: Ride or Dies, which pairs up competitors with one family member, friend or significant other as pairs try to win money. There are sure to be twists and turns that we’ll see throughout the season that might change everything.

As usual, we’ll do some power rankings each week to see who’s in the lead … and who could fall short.

In this week’s episode: It’s Part 2 of a 100-hour final, with three teams remaining and the grueling tests getting tougher from eating tons to more puzzles.

1
Bananas and Nany

I was all set to have Devin and Tori in the lead here despite the fact that it’s now a fairly even race to the end of this final.

But after seeing Nany wolf down all that food and the two of them pushing themselves to their limit, you can see why they’re No. 1 this week.

My concern is if the rest of the final is more puzzle heavy, it’s an advantage for Devin and Tori. But there are still plenty of hours left.

2
Devin and Tori

After diving into a very green body of water and retrieving pieces, Tori figured out that there was a pattern to the giant puzzle that put them in the lead before they solved ANOTHER puzzle.

Then? They figured out the key to pushing a car with no engine, more genius moves from these two.

But then came the eating challenge: Eat all the bread rolls, a giant plate of pasta and two large bowls of ice cream before bedtime. And that’s when they lost that lead and will go into next week in second.

All of that said, they’re a very close second. If we see that the rest of this final is more brains than muscle, I’ll say they’ve got a real shot.

3
Jordan and Aneesa

Certainly don’t count them out. But with Aneesa’s ankle injury and Jordan’s struggles with partnership — although he did work on that when he realized what all his yelling and so-called motivational stuff was doing to Aneesa — I think they’re going to finish third.

Now: This is an absolutely brutal final for anyone. I give them full credit for getting to where they are now, especially with Aneesa battling through injury.

So good luck next week!!
