Giorgos Giakoumakis is reportedly ready to receive a double-your-money offer from Urawa Red Diamonds to complete a move from Celtic.
The big-spending J-League outfit face stiff competition from the likes of Germany, Russia and Italy to land the Hoops striker. He joined Ange Postecoglou's men 18 months ago from Dutch side VVV-Venlo for £2.5million - but he now looks set for a January departure with the race to snap up the 28-year-old heating up.
The Scottish Express report that Celtic want a permanent deal and will then look to bring in another striker with South Korean World Cup star Cho Geu-sung their top target. Mainz, Ferencvaros and Galatasaray have also been linked with the Jeonbuk Hyundia Motors striker during this window.
Urawa Red Diamonds are reportedly ready to push the boat out to land the Greece international and will pay a fee of around £4million and more than double his current wages to convince him to make the move. He's mainly had to play second fiddle at Celtic with Kyogo Furuhashi the preferred striker at the Scottish champions.
Josip Juranovic is another who looks set to depart Glasgow with the right-back reportedly waiting to see if English Premier League interest is firmed up before deciding his next step.
The same report states three clubs from England's top flight have expressed an interest in recent days. The Croatia international also has a number of European options with Espanyol and Monza both believed to be keen on loan deals with an option to buy.
Alistair Johnston, Tomoki Iwata and Yuki Kobayashi have all arrived at Celtic already during the January transfer window.
