Glasgow is quickly becoming a home away from home for many of Hollywood's biggest stars as a number silver screen are filmed in the city.
Over recent years a number of blockbusters were shot in Glasgow including World War Z starring Brad Pitt and critically acclaimed The Batman starring Robert Pattinson. The fifth instalment of Indiana Jones, which will be released next year, was also filmed n the streets of Glasgow.
However, there is another silver screen industry which looks to film a number of smash hits in the city.

Bollywood is the one of the largest producer of big screen entertainment in the world, releasing over 1,000 movies each year.
With some of the biggest films in Indian cinema costing millions of pounds to make.
As with all memorable movies location is key and Glasgow is quickly becoming a go to place for Bollywood's brightest directors and stars.
Here are four Bollywood films that feature our city.
Tehran - 2023
The most recent blockbuster to be filmed in the streets of Glasgow is Tehran.
Bollywood acting royalty John Abraham and critically acclaimed director Aran Gopalan, were in town to shoot the geo-political thriller based on true events earlier this year.
A number of choreographed action scenes were filmed in the city. The stars of the awaited movie were pictured outside the City Chambers and also inside the Mitchell Library.
Yeh Hai Jaiwa - 2002
This flick follows an Indian businessman who travels to London after the death of his mother where he falls in love with a married woman.
Scenes for the beloved comedy were shot in Glasgow's city centre in George Square.
Other shooting locations include the Balmoral Hotel and the Scott Monument in Edinburgh.
Kyo Kii… Main Jhuth Nahin Bolta - 2001
Kyo Kii… Main Jhuth Nahin Bolta is another Rom Com which was primarily shot in Glasgow. The film sees a son attempt to save his parents' marriage as his father's conman past is revealed.
It starred beloved actor Govinda and former Miss Universe winner Sushmita Sen.
Almost all of the outdoor locations were shot in the city, with George Square, Argyle Street, The Clyde Arc Bridge, the People’s Palace and Winter Gardens, Bell’s Bridge, Prince’s Square, the Clyde Auditorium and the University of Glasgow all featuring.
Baar Baar Dekho - 2016
Not all Bollywood films shot in Glasgow were successes. This sci-fi drama was a critical flop but a financial hit.
Inspired by Adam Sandler's Click, Baar Baar Dekho sees Jai Varma go on a time travelling journey as his relationships fall apart.
Filming in Glasgow began in 2015 with the numerous bridges over the Clyde and Glasgow Tower playing a prominent role.
Although it wasn't a great directorial debut for Nitya Mehra, she would eventually pick up an Oscar for the stunning Life of Pi.
