The Big Bang Theory’s Mayim Bialik has celebrated her former co-star Jim Parsons’ birthday by sharing bloopers from their time together on the hit sitcom.

Bialik – who portrayed Amy Farrah-Fowler from 2010 to 2019 – shared the video with her 3.6 million followers on Instagram yesterday (24 March).

She accompanied the post with a caption, reading: “Happy birthday Jim!! Shamy Bloopers. I worked alongside this man for almost a decade and basically imitated him as Amy.”

The 45-year-old continued: “Now we work together as producers of @CallMeKatFox, and it’s a wonderful blessing to know you. Happiest of birthdays to you, my friend. To celebrate, here are some bloopers from our time together.”

The three-minute video features a number of clips depicting Parsons and Bialik breaking character and laughing on set while shooting scenes together.

Fans have shared their appreciation for the bloopers in the comments. One user wrote: “OMG. I am laughing so hard! These clips are HYSTERICAL!”

Sabrina the Teenage Witch star Melissa Joan Hart was among those to voice their excitement, writing: “This made my day!”

Bialik and Parsons shared many scenes together, particularly once their characters began a romantic relationship.

Now, the actors serve as producers on the American remake of Miranda, titled Call Me Kat, in which Bialik also stars.
