Big man Udoka Azubuike had himself an impressive performance in the Boston Celtics’ 99-88 loss vs. the Washington Wizards during the ball club’s second tilt of the NBA’s 2023 Las Vegas Summer League after a bit of a rough outing in the Sin City Celtics loss to the Summer (Miami) Heat the game prior.
The former Utah Jazz center put up 14 points, 10 rebounds, an assist, and as many blocks in just 18 minutes of playing time with Boston, shooting a perfect 7-of-7 from the floor overall with no 3-point attempts or trips to the free throw line. Azuibuike also picked up just 2 personal fouls and did not turn the ball over even once.
All in all, a very solid outing for the Nigerian big man.
