Whether we are commuting to and from work, travelling to see friends, or going on a well-deserved holiday, many of us use trains in our day-to-day lives. In fact, during 2020 - 2021, more than 380 million passenger journeys were made on national rail services in the UK.
According to the ORR (Office of Rail and Road) this increase in passengers has contributed to an overall deterioration in punctuality and reliability, and has also lead to an increase in complaints. Gathering information gathered from Tripadvisor databases, Distrelec has analysed the data to find out which stations make commuters the most, and least, happy.

Happiest Stations in the UK
The top fourteen stations include St Pancras station - one of the busiest stations in the UK, with major amenities, eateries and things to do. St. Pancras is among one of the best stations alongside Glasgow Central and three Welsh stations.

Unhappiest Stations in the UK
Leeds Station is the worst station according to reviewers.
Manchester's Victoria station and Edinburgh Waverly also make it on the list as some of the worst stations in the UK, but Euston tops the list for London stations.
