There’s been some awful stuff that Nazem Kadri has had to deal with during the playoff series between his Colorado Avalanche and the St. Louis Blues.
He had a water bottle thrown at him by Jordan Binnington after Game 3, and law enforcement has been investigating threats that were made against him after a collision led to Binnington suffering a series-ending injury.
But on Monday night, Kadri responded to all of that by recording a hat trick — his first playoff three-goal game of his career — and then responding to everyone with an interview in which he responded to those threats with strong words of his own:
