The Australian Survivor 2025 Cast List Has Leaked & Some Major Local And Overseas Stars Are Back

After months of speculation, the big dogs at Channel 10 have confirmed that we’re not just getting one, we’re getting two seasons of Survivor in 2025. And in even more exciting news, the cast for one of the seasons has been leaked. Cheeky, cheeky.

In a recent preview of what’s to come in 2025, Channel 10 finally confirmed that Aussie audiences will be copping two loads of Survivor goodness. In February, folks can expect to feast their eyes on Australian Survivor: Brains v Brawn II and later on, we’ll be watching an epic international showdown with Survivor: Australia v The World.

According to a Survivor insider, Australia v The World will be a shorter season as it was filmed over 14 days rather than the typical 47 days. Speaking to Yahoo! Lifestyle, the insider also added that this will be the “most thrilling season” ever.

“Channel 10 are so thrilled that they may screen the special edition series before the planned Brains v. Brawn II,” they told the publication.

Although there are no set premiere dates or trailers for these exciting spin-offs, details of the rumoured cast for Survivor: Australia v The World have been spilled.

Here’s who is rumoured to be in the cast for Survivor: Australia v The World

Of course, with any reality TV tea, please take it with a grain of salt. We won’t truly know the full cast list once Channel 10 drops that golden list.

Who’s in the Australian Tribe?

Shonee Bowtell

If this was me, this would be my LinkedIn photo forever. (Image source: Instagram / Shonee Bowtell)

Shonee Bowtell is a well-seasoned Australian survivor who is the perfect candidate to take on the world stage. She has previously competed in three Survivor spin-off series including Champion v Contenders, All Stars and Heroes v Villains.

Previously speaking to Yahoo! Lifestyle, Bowtell dropped that she’d “never say never” to another Survivor game.

“I’ll never say never. I think if they do America versus Australia I’ll consider it,” she told the publication.

George Mladenov

Just like Shonee, George Mladenov is also a well-season Aussie survivor who previously put his skills to the test in Brains vs Brawn and Heroes v Villians.

An inside source said, “fans will be delighted to see him return”.

Kirby Bentley

My winner tbh. (Image source: Instagram / Survivor)

After taking on Survivor: Titans Vs Rebels earlier this year, Kirby Bentley will be taking on the World Tribe in this highly-anticipated spin-off. Alongside Shonee and George, Kirby is one of the three survivors to be named by Channel 10 to be included in the Australian Tribe.

Following her elimination, Kirby told Yahoo! Lifestyle that she would be keen to come back if she was given the offer to return to the game.

David Genat

The 2020 Australian Survivor: All-Stars winner is rumoured to be jumping on this spin-off in hopes of becoming the first returning contestant to grab two wins.

According to Yahoo! Lifestyle, David was reportedly a “last-minute addition” to the cast.

Janine Allis

Queen of the Mango Tango crush, Janine Allis is tipped to rejoin the tribe and take on the world in this upcoming spin-off.

A production insider spilled that the Boost Juice founder has been watching the series and “has been taking notes”. Guess her eyes never left the prize!

Luke Toki

A season reality TV star! (Image source: YouTube / Survivor)

Fan-favourite and former Big Brother housemate Luke Toki is rumoured to rejoin the Australian Survivor universe after “winning over audiences” in Australian Survivor and Champions v Contenders.

Sarah Tilleke

OK but why is this giving Home and Away? Slay tho. (Image source: Channel 10 / Survivor)

Sarah Tilleke is the only Aussie survivor to have joined the game just once in 2017. So what better way to return to the game than a hot new spin-off of the series?

Who is in the World Tribe?

Again, there’s no official cast list just yet so please take everything with a grain of salt. However, it has been confirmed by Channel 10 that the World Tribe features a variety of contestants from across the globe including the US, Québec, Finland, South Africa and New Zealand.

Tony Vlachos (Survivor US)

Tony Vlachos is one of only two US Survivor contestants to have won the game twice, claiming victory in Survivor: Cagayan and Survivor: Winners At War.

NGL, if I was jumping on the island with Tony as my competitor, I would be shaking my Akubra…

Cirie Fields (Survivor US)

A true reality TV star! (Image source: CBS)

Although she’s on the other side of the world, Cirie Fields is a reality TV icon in the US. Alongside her experience on Survivor: Panama, Cirie has also competed in The Traitors US and Big Brother 25.

She’s also appeared on Survivor: Heroes vs Villians, Survivor: Micronesia — Fans vs Favourites and Survivor: Game Changers.

Basically, any game you throw at her, she’s completed it, mate.

Parvati Shallow (Survivor US)

If looks could kill! (Image source: CBS)

Parvati Shallow is another seasoned survivor who probably knows the game forwards and backwards. Parvati has previously competed in Survivor: Cook Islands — which she won — Heroes vs Villains and Winners At War.

Parvati is one of the contestants confirmed to be on the World Tribe alongside Tony and Cirie, so our Aussie besties better keep an eye out.

Rob Bentele (Survivor South Africa)

Described as “arguably the most dominant winner in Survivor South Africa History“, as per InsideSurvivor.com, Rob Bentele slayed his season of the beloved reality TV show.

Joining the show in 2019, Rob won five immunity challenges and nabbed Sole Survivor all in his first season. Now that’s a hustle!

Lisa Stanger (Survivor New Zealand)

Survivor super fan turned Survivor champion Lisa Stanger appeared on the second season of Survivor New Zealand.

Kassandre Bastarache (Survivor Québec)

I genuinely think I can beat this challenge… Maybe one to try for office bonding. (Image source: Instagram / Survivor Québec)

Just like Kirby, Kassandre Bastarache recently competed in Survivor Québec this year, so her return to the game is quite recent!

Kassandre ended up placing third in her season, so she’s definitely going to be on a redemption arc if she’s confirmed for Survivor: Australia v The World.

Tommi Manninen (Survivor Finland)

Tommi Manninen joined the Survivor Multiverse via the Finland version of the show in 2022. Although this is the first spin-off back, the bloke did finish as a runner-up. He’s definitely one to watch if this rumoured cast list is legit!

Again, please take any reality TV tea with a grain of salt. As of writing it is all speculation and we won’t know until the besties drop the official cast list!

But once that happens, we’ll deliver the tea right here. As Chappell Roan once sang, the Survivor: Australia v The World news will be “hot to go” when it’s served.
