The Apprentice fans react to candidates' hilarious mistakes during this week's task - including swearing slip up

This year’s The Apprentice has had some humorous challenges to say the least - and fans of the BBC business show have not held back from sharing their hilarious reactions to the show.

This week’s challenge on The Apprentice was for candidates to sell products live on TV. Viewers will know that while two people from each team were selling products live on the team, a fellow team member was speaking through their earpiece telling them pointers of live price drops to encourage viewers to buy the products quickly.

It proved a tough challenge for both teams with viewers flocking to Twitter to highlight several funny moments.

For one of the teams, Akeem was behind the earpiece trying to encourage Aaron and Brittany to pick a pink inflatable flamingo as one of the products for his team to sell on TV. Viewers found his particular choice of product questionable.

@CatherineW1801 penned: "Me: Why would anyone buy a flamingo? Akeem: It has heavy duty handles #TheApprentice’’ while @MariaMedinaxo simply wrote: ‘’LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL the flamingo ???? #TheApprentice’’.

@ursroseanne said: ’I was cracking UP seeing Harpreet being dragged around in a pink flamingo inflatable. #TheApprentice" and @AaliyahIona tweeted ‘’Akeem and Harpreet’s excitement presenting the flamingo to Brittany and Aaron is comedy gold #TheApprentice’’.

Fans also found shocking when Stephanie accidentally swore on live TV, with @ballumcity saying: ‘’I can’t believe Stephanie swore on live tv!!" @DillTee_ was surprised that Stephanie made it through the boardroom, writing: "’Stephanie swore, couldn't sell and lost the ring. How the f*** did she stay".

@0X1JAKE wrote: "Watching #TheApprentice is just feeling second-hand embarrassment for one hour straight’’ while @sabrinajaine picked up on Harpreet’s volume through Aaron’s earpiece, saying:‘ "Omg you can actually hear Harpreet banging on in Aaron's earpiece."

If you missed Thursday’s episode of The Apprentice, you can catch up with the show and all other previous episodes this season through BBC iPlayer.
