Aberdeen will pocket a stunning £7m from Girona for the sale of star player Bojan Miovski, according to a report.
The Daily Mail says the Scottish Premiership side is in the closing stages of finalising the deal for the North Macedonian to join the La Liga side.
The 25-year-old bid an emotional farewell to the Pittodrie faithful following Aberdeen's 3-1 victory over St Mirren on Sunday afternoon.
Jimmy Thelin put the striker on as a late substitute to allow him to get a standing ovation from the support, as he waved goodbye to the Granite City.
The report states that Miovski will complete his move to the Spanish side within the next 48 hours, with Aberdeen securing a club record fee of £7m, although, this is believed to be weighted with add-ons.
Miovski leaves the club having scored 44 goals in 97 games for the Dons after joining from MTK Budapest in June 2022 for £600,000.
"I can’t say anything about that," Thelin said after the match against St Mirren. "There is still strong interest in him but that is all I can say."

On the game itself, he said: “There were a lot of emotions and a lot of good feelings. It was an exciting game but then St Mirren scored in the last second of the first half, which can be difficult.
“The supporters backed us at half-time and the players remained calm and trusted the way we have to perform together. We still have parts to improve but they found a way to win, so I’m really happy for the players and the supporters.
“The players are training hard and we need a strong squad and a strong group of players in terms of character.”
