The Alchemist are set to expand on their success in Edinburgh and add a second city centre venue on one of the capital's busiest streets.
The hugely popular cocktail bar and restaurant wowed customers when they opened at St James Quarter in 2021, providing their signature cocktails and tasty food.
Now, after the success of their first Edinburgh venue, The Alchemist have announced the exciting addition of a second venue on George Street.

The £1.5 million investment also comes after recently revealed plans highlighted proposals for a new restaurant in Glasgow's George Square, with Scotland proving a thrifty location for the group to expand.
The new bar and restaurant on George Street is expected to open in early 2023, also providing up to 60 jobs for the hospitality industry.
The venue will continue the group's theme of "theatre served and molecular mixology" with dozens of punchy cocktails and delivering the perfect Instagram boomerang opportunity.
The 7,051 square foot unit will house 185 covers for creative cocktails and all-day casual dining.
Jenny McPhee, Brand Director, said: "The response to our first bar and restaurant in Edinburgh last year, alongside plans to make our debut in Glasgow later this year, has been incredible and we’re thrilled to be further expanding our portfolio in Scotland with a second venue in the capital.
"With a mix of listed features and our signature style, the site is going to be stunning, offering an unrivalled and unconventional drinking and dining experience in the heart of the city."
The Alchemist opened in October 2021, following the revelation of St James Quarter, making the centre one of the most exciting shopping and dining experiences in the country.
Since then, a whole host of further additions have opened their doors at the five-storey shopping centre, including Bonnie & Wild food marketplace, the Everyman cinema, Pho and Ka Pao.
It's safe to say that George Street will be a suitable location for the Alchemist, being home to some of the city's most upmarket restaurants and retail stores, as well as being right in the heart of the capital.
