If you're on the look-out for a new designer perfume but you don't want to break the bank, then one bargain hunter thinks they've found the one for you - and it will only cost you £4.99.
Lidl has been quite popular with shoppers for their own-branded perfumes which have shoppers saying they smell like high end designer brands and their latest seems to be another hit.
The budget supermarket's Essence En Rose by Suddenly has been compared to the popular Gucci Rush perfume by shoppers and it comes without the designer price-tag.
The designer brand's popular perfume can be found in Boots for a whopping £52.70, whereas Lidl's dupe will set you back just less than a fiver.
Sharing a snap of the perfume to the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Group on Facebook, one shopper compared the budget perfume to the designer brand and it has been a hit with shoppers.
Keeley captioned the post: "Smells just like Gucci rush. £4.99 Lidl", and, judging from the comments section, it looks like she's not the only one who thinks so.
"I bought this yesterday, knew it smelt familiar and definitely lasts a while and a bargain for £4.9," one shopper agreed.
A second added: "I found this out yesterday. I was over the moon x"
"I love Gucci Rush : so will be trying this..thanks x," added a third.
However, quite a few other fans were quick to say that Lidl's Essence En Rose is similar to another designer perfume - Lancome's La Vie Est Belle.
"Its not Gucci its La Vie Est Belle-Lancome its too flowery for Gucci," said one shopper.
While another agreed by saying: "I’ve bought it and it’s just like Lancôme vie est belle xx."
"I agree, I thought it was a dupe of la vie est belle," added a third shopper.
Considering Lancôme vie est belle is priced at around £68, Lidl's Essence En Rose is a bargain dupe of a designer brand either way.
Fans of the budge supermarket's perfumes will know this is not the first designer brand dupe that they have offered recently, as their £4.99 Essence Cotton Blue was compared to Dolce and Gabbana's Light Blue scent.
In 2019, the discounted grocer also became a hit with bargain hunters for their £4 Suddenly by Madame Glamour which had fans saying it was a dupe of the luxurious Coco Mademoiselle from Chanel.
Lidl's Essence En Rose is available in-stores now for just £4.99.
