Thailand national team coach Mano Polking is expecting an exciting battle with Suriname in a Fifa Day friendly on Sunday night.
The War Elephants are fresh from their 2-0 win over Nepal in another friendly three days ago and Polking is expecting another impressive show from his men.
However, Polking is planning to make wholesale changes to the squad that defeated Nepal on Thursday.
He will be naming talented players like Suphanat Mueanta and Ekanit Panya in the starting line-up for tonight's match at BG Stadium, which will be aired live on Thai Rath TV (32) and AIS Play from 7pm onwards.
"The game with Suriname will be exciting because they have several players who are playing in Europe," said Polking.
"It will be a good test for the Thai team and we are not expecting an easy game."
Polking added that he was impressed by the performance of some Thai players in the game against Nepal, "especially Chaowat Weerachart, Chalermsak Akkee and Pansa Hemviboon.
"We are having two friendlies during this international break and I have decided take a look at number of leading players.
"It will be a different squad which will play against Suriname, but the important thing is that we should be good enough to impress our Thai fans."
Young striker Suphanat said he was happy to be a part of the national team.
"We are all ready for the match against Suriname and we are hoping to win in front of our home crowd," added Suphanat at a training session yesterday evening. "We'll do everything possible to impress our fans."
