You know it is not your day when the other team achieves two points after you score an 86-yard touchdown pass on a third-and-26.
That’s what happened to the Los Angeles Chargers against the Houston Texans in a wild-card game on Saturday.
After being sacked twice. Justin Herbert found Ladd McConkey over the middle on a third-and-26. The rookie from Georgia broke loose and was in the end zone to bring the Chargers within 23-12.

The PAT was not a formality. Cameron Dicker’s kick was blocked, and the Texans’ D’Angelo Ross collected the football and returned it the length of the field for two points.
.@HoustonTexans special teams making more plays! They return the blocked kick back for two!
