Pierre-Louis only played in nine games for the Texans last season, starting in one of them. The Texans also have second-year linebacker Garret Wallow coming into his own, and even selected Alabama linebacker Christian Harris in the third round of this year’s draft.
The former Seattle Seahawks 2014 fourth-round pick generated 10 combined tackles and a fumble recovery last season for Houston.
