Supermarket giant Tesco has landed itself in a spot of hot water with shoppers over its partyware collection for the upcoming Jubilee.
The supermarket chain recently took to social media to unveil the new collection that would be perfect for any tea parties you could be hosting in the garden.
Included in the collection was a range of themed tea party accessories - including a teapot, tea cups, paper plates and biscuit tins. The partyware collection was launched to celebrate her the Queen's 70th year as the British monarch.
But it looks like shoppers planning any tea parties to commemorate the occasion have been left 'disappointed', as they can't find the collection either in store or online.
It comes just after both Asda and Matalan came under fire from shoppers for advertising Jubilee themed dresses that sold out in record time.
Fuming customers took to social media to voice their disappointment at the collection being unavailable after the supermarket shared a snap to Facebook.
Tesco captioned the snap: "Host a tea-riffic celebration fit for a Queen with our new partyware. Perfect for piling on your cakes, sandwiches and sausage rolls".
Unfortunately, frustrated customers were unable to get their hands on the patriotic collection.
"None in my big Tesco. Really disappointed!!", fumed one shopper.
"None of this available on online groceries !", said a second.
"Disappointed that none of the range has been allocated to our local store, despite it being a big store", commented a third.
"Shame that there’s none of this available… missed a massive trend….", replied a fourth.
"Pointless advertising this as no stores have any of it", raged a fifth shopper.
However, one shopper in the comments did suggest that they managed to finds bits and pieces of the partyware collection in scattered around their local store. The shopper urged others to "hunt around the store to find stuff if you want it".
