Major supermarkets such as Tesco, Morrisons, Aldi and Sainsbury's have recalled food products in recent weeks, urging customers who may have purchased certain goods to avoid consuming them.
Although food recalls are an uncommon occurrence, customers are being advised to take them seriously. Usually, recalls are a result of defected labels or missed food allergy risks - however, more serious cases have recently seen products potentially contaminated with metals or other inedible objects.
The Daily Express have compiled a list of recent recalls, and if you've purchased any of these affected goods recently, you are urged to return them to their point of purchase for a full refund.
