Terry McLaurin says Marvin Harrison wanted a picture with him before the game

Washington Commanders wide receiver Terry McLaurin picked a good week to come home. McLaurin’s return to Indianapolis featured the Colts honoring former left tackle Tarik Glenn by inducting him into the franchise’s “Ring of Honor.”

Honoring Glenn meant several of his former teammates would be in town to celebrate. Pro Football Hall of Famers Peyton Manning, Edgerrin James and Marvin Harrison were in attendance as the Colts honored Glenn.

Last week, McLaurin told reporters he idolized Harrison as a kid, even dressing up as him for Halloween. The bedroom in his childhood home in Indianapolis still features a Fathead of Harrison to this day.

On Sunday, McLaurin put on a show, making what was essentially the game-winning catch in Washington’s 17-16 win over the Colts.

After the game, McLaurin revealed that Harrison came up to him before the game and asked to take a picture with him.

It’s been a good couple of weeks for McLaurin.
