Commanders receiver Terry McLaurin had a tough Week 13 game against the Dolphins.
Usually Washington’s top receiving threat, McLaurin was held without a single reception against the Miami defense and was only targeted three times on the day.
The Commanders’ offense struggled throughout the game and the Dolphins ultimately walked to a 45–15 blowout victory.
After the game, McLaurin had a brutal, if honest, summation of his day on the field.
“I ran a lot of cardio,” McLaurin told reporters in the locker room after the loss. “It happens. … It’s frustrating, but I’m going to keep coming in and practicing and playing hard.”
Terry McLaurin didn't have a single catch today vs. the Dolphins.

He was asked about that after the game.
Terry said, "I ran a lot of cardio...I'm going to continue to run my routes hard. At the end of the day, I'm not going to quit, but yeah it's frustrating." pic.twitter.com/IEW07NkyHw
McLaurin has not yet broken 100 yards receiving in a game this year—a feat he accomplished in four different games in each of the past two seasons. Washington will hope that McLaurin has a breakout game coming up in the near future.
