The screenplay for The Killer's Game was written by Rand Ravich and James Coyne. The movie is produced by Andrew Lazar from Mad Chance, Steve Richards from Endurance Media, and Kia Jam. Dogbone Entertainment's Dave Bautista and Jonathan Meisner will serve as executive producers, along with Scott Lambert. Jake Katofsky and Vanessa Humphrey are on board as co-producers.

Terry Crews, represented by UTA, 3 Arts, and Yorn Levine, is widely recognized for his role in the popular NBC comedy series, Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
