The Miami Dolphins kept six players off the practice field Wednesday, including offensive tackles Terron Armstead and Kendall Lamm.
Armstead has missed all practices in recent weeks, but has played through his knee injury. However, he exited early in the team’s Week 14 game against the New York Jets and was replaced in the lineup by second-round rookie Patrick Paul.
Earlier this week, Dolphins coach Mike McDaniel said the injury for Armstead needs rest “to cool down a little bit.”
