Footage shows how the sudden gust of wind caused chaos and sent an unsecured inflatable slide and bouncy castle crashing into trees, HullLive reports.
Screams and shouts are heard in the background as panicked families were forced to flee the scene alongside hundreds of attendees.
Witnesses said they had "never experienced anything like that" and were "stunned" as they watched on.

Children had been seen playing on the bouncy castles moments before the unexpected weather struck.
It is believed they were all removed from the inflatables before they lifted from the ground.
The video shows the high winds and torrential rain causing destruction in the park, which was full of tents, before screams ring out when the inflatables are lifted.
Families could be seen protecting each other as others sprinted for shelter.

Humberside Fire and Rescue, who were at the scene to take part in the community day, rushed to help in a bid to assess if there were casualties.
Reports suggest that three people were injured although it is yet to be confirmed.
A disabled toilet was also blown over.

Reacting to the freak weather, one woman who was at the scene said: "My son was about to go on the bouncy castle but I said no cos the rain started. 20 seconds later the bouncy castle was thrown into the trees.
"Feeling a bit stunned but thankful for a split decision to walk away.
"Hope everyone OK. Pretty scary."

Another witness said: "Yes there were three people injured after what felt like a tornado ripped through the park.
"Ambulances on the scene now and thankfully all involved appear to be OK."
