Angelina Jolie and her entourage were rushed to safety during her visit to the western city of Lviv in Ukraine.
The actress was filmed quickly walking away to safety while an air raid siren blared in the background.
At one point in the video, a member of her team turned to the camera and told the person filming: "Please, no more."
When asked by the fan, she waved to the camera and said she was 'okay'.
It has not been specified why Angelina is visiting Ukraine but the star has been working as a special envoy for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) for years.
The Mr and Mrs Smith star was seen rushing out of a building and down the steps towards safety.
Her entourage surrounded her and a couple of fans followed her in an attempt to take photos with her.
It comes as Ukrainian Maya Pidhorodetska shared a clip on Facebook of the actress.
"Nothing special. Just Lviv. I just went to have coffee. Just Angelina Jolie," she wrote under a clip of the actress.
"Ukraine is simply supported by the whole world."
Lviv is around 80 kilometres from the Polish border and has been under attack in recent weeks.
It is not the first time Angelina has visited war-torn countries as the star was previously pictured in Yemen in March this year.
During her visit, she showed solidarity with displaced families who are living amid the years-long conflict.
The 46-year-old humanitarian was trying to attract support for a fundraising conference. She took to Instagram after arriving in the southern coastal city of Aden.
The Tomb Raider star painted an alarming picture as she uploaded photos and details so her 12 million followers could digest the scale of the troubles.
She wrote: "I've landed in Aden, to meet displaced families and refugees for UNHCR @refugees and show my support for the people of Yemen. I will do my best to communicate from the ground as the days unfold.
"As we continue to watch the horrors unfolding in Ukraine, and call for an immediate end to the conflict and humanitarian access, I’m here in Yemen to support people who also desperately need peace.
"The situation here is one of the worst humanitarian crises in the world, with one civilian killed or injured every hour in 2022. An economy devastated by war, and over 20 million Yeminis depending on humanitarian assistance to survive."
