The national media has had its say on Nottingham Forest star Brennan Johnson's recent appearances for the Wales national team.
Johnson, 21, was the standout player in Rob Page's side last Thursday as they fell to a 2-1 defeat in Belgium. The winger assisted Kieffer Moore and was praised by Page, who compared him to Kevin De Bruyne and Eden Hazard.
The Reds star has had to adapt to life in the Premier League this season, scoring two goals in the opening seven games, but has received plenty of backing by the national press to be named in the Wales' World Cup squad in November.

Here is a look at what the national media has made of the forward:
The Times
"If everyone is fit for Wales, few positions in the starting XI are up for grabs, yet Brennan Johnson is putting forward an increasingly compelling case for inclusion, two months out from the World Cup in Qatar," writes The Times.
"Johnson, the Nottingham Forest forward, scored in the Nations League games against Belgium and Holland in June and followed that up by providing the cross for Kieffer Moore to score in the 2-1 defeat away to Belgium in the group A4 match on Thursday.
"The conventional wisdom has been that Johnson’s speed makes him best suited to be used as an impact substitute, but that could change after his recent performances,
"Johnson’s speed and directness unsettled Belgium’s backline on Thursday and Holland’s in June."
Wales Online
Rob Page admits he's been stunned by Brennan Johnson's progress since his introduction to international football just shy of two years ago.
The Wales boss has been blown away by the Forest star's ability when using his pace in possession.
"He's been superb," said Page. "Honestly, he's come on so much in such a short time.
"I've asked something different from him tonight, I asked him to play as a midfielder, but when we get the ball we can find him in those pockets where Kevin De Bruyne and Eden Hazard pick the ball up.
"When you see him run with the ball, it's brilliant isn't it. That's his game, that's his strength. He always looked a threat for us every time he got on the ball."
BBC Sport
"The visitors looked ripe for a thrashing as they trailed at the break but, to their credit, they started the second half with purpose and shocked Belgium with a goal from nothing," wrote the BBC after the defeat in Brussels.
"Johnson was brilliant in creating it, running at the hosts' hesitant defenders before clipping a delightful floating cross to the back post, where Moore towered above his markers to head in.
"The goal revitalised Wales, who posed an increasing threat on the break with the pace of Dan James and particularly Johnson, who seemed to terrify his opponents at times."
