Tragedy could strike on Emmerdale once again - despite the village's resident serial killer being behind bars.
Killer nurse Meena Jutla was finally jailed earlier this month after trying (and failing) to get her revenge against ex Billy and his new wife Dawn.
But viewers will recall that Vinny nearly became a victim of Meena's along with her sister Manpreet after he began to investigate Ben's murder in a bid to free Liv.
After following Meena to a barn where she was keeping Manpreet, Vinny was taken prisoner as well as she knocked him out and locked him inside the barn.
She plotted to kill them both by locking them inside with the Dingle van to make them due of carbon monoxide poisoning, but her plan was put on hold after Billy discovered the truth about her pregnancy lie.
Meena decided to kill Billy as well by luring him to the barn, but was shocked when Liam turned up and she tried to assure him that everything was fine.
However, Liam followed Meena and discovered Vinny and went on to rescue him and Manpreet.
Vinny and Liv have been looking to the future recently, with the couple getting eloped in sweet scenes.
Yet Liv could be left devastated just days after their secret wedding as fans predict that Vinny could be suffering from a head injury from his interaction from Meena - something he has no idea about.
Vinny could have a bleed on the brain, which would potentially result in Vinny's tragic sudden death.
Flocking to Twitter, fans were left fearing the worst over their very sudden wedding, with one tweeting: "Loved it. Don’t ruin it # emmerdale @emmerdale."
While another pleaded: "They’re so precious, now let them have happiness please."
A third wrote: "Why is Vinny in such a rush to get married to Liv? Making me nervous #Emmerdale."
