Teresa Palmer has announced she has given birth to her fourth child.
The Australian actress, 35, revealed on Instagram on Friday morning that she had welcomed her baby daughter to the world with husband Mark Webber on Tuesday.
The Discovery of Witches star also revealed the newest addition to her family's unique name - Prairie Moon Palmer.
It is the actress' fourth child with her director hubby. They also share sons Bodhi Rain, seven, Forest Sage, four, and daughter Poet Lake, one, while Mark is also father to older son Isaac Love, 13, from his relationship with Frankie Shaw.
Teresa made the announcement with an extremely cute picture of their new arrival wearing little angel wings and a flower wreath on her head while resting in a Moses basket.
She captioned the image: "Introducing our daughter, Prairie Moon Palmer, who was born just as the sun rose on Tuesday morning, 17th August. Surrounded by her siblings who are absolutely enamoured with her.
"A little magic moon for our family."
The star also uploaded a photo of the couple and their four kids all hugging in together as a family.
In the final snap uploaded by Teresa, baby Prairie Moon can be seen sleeping next to a wooden sun sign that reads "earth side".
Mark also shared an image of himself cradling his newborn to his own Instagram. The picture showed off Mark's new tattoo tribute for his daughter on his neck.
He captioned the post: "My heart has grown 5 times bigger. Welcome to the world my little magic Prairie Moon."
He took to his Instagram Story to heap the praise on his wife and revealed she had a water birth.
He said: "If birthing were a sport, my wife would be a pro. Grateful for a serene home water birth for my new little girl, Prairie Moon."
Friends, family and famous faces were quick to send messages of congratulations to the doting parents on both of their posts.
Actress and dancer Jenna Dewan took to Teresa's post to say: "This family…..! congratulations!!"
And Rumer Willis also commented: "Congratulations!!! And hello sweet little Leo sister."
On Mark's post, actress Erika Christensen wrote: "Congratulations to you all for the beautiful family you have / continue to build every day."
Parker actress Emma Booth also commented: "Congratulations, she is divine."
