Tennis star Heather Watson stuns in blue bikini on glam post-Wimbledon holiday

British tennis ace Heather Watson has been soaking up the sun in Greece following her Wimbledon exit earlier this month.

The sports star, 30, jetted off to Mykonos, Greece last week after crashing out of the British tennis tournament in the fourth-round on July 3.

Heather looked sensational as she shared a collection of snaps from her post-tournament getaway with her fans online on Tuesday.

"We came. We saw. We conquered [Greek flag emoji]," the athlete captioned the holiday pictures to her 121,000 Instagram followers.

In the idyllic snaps, Heather can be seen enjoying the delights of the summer party island alongside pals and catching a tan in an array of glamorous bikinis.

One of the stunning snaps shows the tennis star showing off her enviable physique in a two-tone blue bikini, as she posed for the cameras as she climbed out of the sea via some ladders.

Another showed the Guernsey-born beauty giving fans a glimpse of her hotel digs, as she stretched her legs out poolside at the lavish-looking resort.

Heather's holiday hasn't just been about soaking up the sun.

Later in the mini photo album, the tennis player gave her followers a look at her evening attire - stunning her fans in a pair of white string trousers and bralette top.

"Thanks for spoiling us with your holiday pictures," one fan told the star underneath her snaps, with another adding: "Need to get myself a pair of those pants."

A third gushed: "I love these pictures of Heather especially pictures 1 and 6 she's absolutely gorgeous."

Fellow tennis ace Emma Raducanu also had a compliment for Heather, commenting "Woa" on her peer's pictures.

Heather's well-deserved trip away comes as she admits she was "disappointed" not to progress further in Wimbledon earlier this month.

The British number four lost in straight sets, 6-2 and 6-4, to 22-year-old Jule Niemeier in the fourth round at the prestigious tennis tournament.

Despite a crushing defeat, 30-year-old Heather was optimistic about the future and revealed 'hunger' to keep going.

"I'm still quite deflated and disappointed," she admitted after the loss to the German player.

"I saw today as a big opportunity, I believed in myself, and thought I'd come through it.

"But I think in the women's game, often people are breaking through later. Experience counts for a lot and everybody's journey is different."

She added: "I broke a barrier this week, so I am definitely hungry for more. I believe in my tennis and my game. I've been around a long time now, and I hope to be around at least a bit longer."
